Code of Ethics

• Punctuality, basing actions on ethical principles, observing Islamic conduct, maintaining a neat appearance, and striving to create rapport and trust in the workplace.
• Performing assigned organizational tasks with precision, speed, ease, and quality, based on justice and fairness, free from any discriminatory actions.
• Observing occupational health and safety guidelines and refraining from smoking, especially in the workplace.
• Enhancing one's own knowledge and abilities and sharing them with colleagues as a member of a learning organization, in order to better fulfill assigned organizational responsibilities and duties towards clients and stakeholders.
• Prioritizing organizational interests over individual interests.
• Gaining the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders.
• Adherence to transparency, observance of the law, and fair treatment of clients and stakeholders.
• Avoiding any instances of administrative corruption, such as unjust recommendations or accepting unconventional gifts.
• Protecting secrets, confidential information, and the material and intellectual property rights of the company, clients, and stakeholders during inspection activities.
• The company and its employees shall refrain from engaging in any activity that conflicts with the nature of a Type A inspection body, including participation in the design, production, and full or partial manufacture of products, installation, commissioning, or after-sales services.
