As part of the transformation journey of the Teachers’ Reserve Fund Institute, and in line with its two overarching strategies of maximizing transparency and smart governance, five specialized systems were unveiled in the presence of Dr. Alireza Kazemi, Minister of Education.
These integrated, coherent and synergistic systems have been developed with the aim of strengthening the protection of teachers’ capital, increasing financial and organizational discipline, and providing the infrastructure for data-driven decision-making. The creation of these smart tools stems from the firm resolve of Ali Sadeghi, as CEO of the Institute, to lead the organization towards digital transformation and to reinforce transparent, trust-building communication with its teacher-members.
According to the Public Relations Office of the Teachers’ Reserve Fund, the Minister of Education stated at the ceremony:
“Very positive measures have been taken in the Institute, which must be transparently communicated to all its members.”
Referring to the Institute’s effective efforts to address existing challenges and problems, Ali Kazemi emphasized the importance and necessity of accurate, timely and transparent communication of these actions to the members. While praising the positive steps and fundamental, impactful measures taken to advance the Institute and move it toward a more desirable position, he added:
“Good programs have been implemented in the Teachers’ Reserve Fund, and we expect that through meetings and by making proper use of the media, these efforts will be communicated to all members of the Institute.”
Pointing to the structural measures undertaken in the Institute, its holdings and subsidiaries, he said:
“The restructuring and consolidation of companies within the holdings, the revision of the statute, the shift in approach from direct business operation to shareholding, the move toward smart management and the use of technology-based tools in the Institute’s governance, and the strengthening of oversight and legal structures are among the actions that will shape a promising future for the Institute.”
Regarding the situation of Bank Sarmayeh, the Minister of Education noted that follow-ups and necessary measures to improve and reorganize the bank’s status have been carried out.
In the continuation of the ceremony for unveiling the five specialized systems of the Institute in line with smart governance, Ali Sadeghi, CEO of the Institute, described the launch of these systems as an important step toward transparency and administrative integrity.
Sadeghi explained that over the past year, precise planning has been carried out to maximize transparency and implement smart governance in the Institute, and that significant actions have been taken in this regard. He stated:
“In this context, the launch of 10 systems was defined in an integrated, unified, synergistic and complementary manner. Today, five of these systems are being unveiled, and the data of the Institute and its subsidiaries have already been uploaded and are being used within them. The remaining five systems are in their final stages and, God willing, will be brought into operation and unveiled by the end of the current year.”
He went on to say:
“The Transactions and Resources Transparency System enables the registration and public display of transactions, online receipt of tender and auction documents, process management, and the provision of real-time statistics on transaction progress.
The Legal Cases System has been designed with the aim of comprehensive documentation of legal files, real-time access, online tracking of case handling and issuing alerts for sensitive cases, and it functions as a single gateway for the Institute’s legal management.
The Contract Management System records and electronically archives all contracts of the Institute and its subsidiaries, enabling precise supervision, document integrity and error reduction.
The Real Estate and Assets System has been designed to register, document and update the Institute’s properties and assets, and to support asset optimization programs based on accurate data.
The Vehicle Fleet Management System has been developed to register and control the fleet, safeguard assets, prevent unnecessary expenses and increase efficiency.”
Sadeghi stressed:
“The launch of these systems is an important step toward enhancing transparency of performance, reducing costs and increasing synergy within the organization. Additional development programs in the field of transparency are also on the agenda. Implementing these systems will pave the way for smart management, timely accountability, accurate reporting and optimal decision-making in the Teachers’ Reserve Fund Institute. This not only increases the effectiveness and efficiency of the Institute, but also strengthens the trust of teacher-members in the Institute’s honest, responsible and transparent performance.
Broader transformations are underway to turn the Institute into what its members expect: a pioneering, high-performing, transparent, accountable, trustworthy and reputable institution. With God’s help, we are moving along this path and will achieve this goal.”
